A delima of testing agencies in Pakistan?

NTS and all other testing agencies are now playing with emotion of youth rather than assessment.  NTS was known for its meritocracy and transparency but alas!.This government has failed to sustain the merit in this tenure. Last time, FTS was introduced as shambolic token of assessment and; same practice is now repeated by NTS.  A lot of anomalies and irregularities have been observed like--     --Local tests are conducted and administered staff are paving ways for their closer ones or target candidates in solving test.      --Today, I saw a test on social media before its duration was completed in hall and it was publicly shared at the same time.      --Some of the candidates are given a set of answers about test questions prior to test or during test. Already, filled sheets are provided to the desired candidates.     --Test pattern is not uniform and difficulty level is kept different for tests conducted in two shifts for same post to get the target candidates at the top of the list.

Who are accountable for NTS Test cheating ?

● If the mobile phones are not allowed in test centers than how pictures of each and every Test get leaked from the centers??? ● If students are supposed to submit the Booklet question book back than how the booklets are out of exam centers??? ● On duty teachers of NTS exams from where they get hired?? NTS doesn't have any policy etc each and every person can get duty in NTS exams Centers. Matric fail can get the duty. ● On duty teachers don't even have an idea about exam system, how to maintain discipline, how to distribute the booklets, how to sign the attendance sheet etc and so on. Having such environment can be a test transparent???? ● Why the on duty teachers during the exams hired from the outside ( without any proper qualifications and proper channel ) are allowed to use mobile phones??? ● For me the sadist point is that #Kpk Govt & Educational Minister #Mr #shahramkhan tarakai is dead silent. Why the higher authorities not taking serious action against the NTS.?? ●

Unemployed Ph.D Great news for PhD Scholars.  The Higher Education Commission has extended the scope of Interim Placement of Fresh PhD.  Now fresh PhD students will also be employed in colleges for one year.  It should be noted that under the HEC program, fresh PhDs were offered only in universities for one year and their salaries and other benefits were paid by HEC but due to lack of space in universities, a large number of   PhD's  were unemployed.  Under the new EEC policy, fresh PhDs will now be employed in colleges. What HEC says about PhD degree in Pakistan ?

Image
See what the HEC chairman is saying that Pakistani universities and their local PhD degrees are of low quality but instead of strengthening and improving the quality and system of local PhD degrees in Pakistan and strengthening the universities,  Saying that we will do only six more months of training - then all the local non-standard PhDs will become perfect PhDs.  This is not the right way to call those who are unemployed to the HEC to take a test of their choice and then tell them that six months or more of training is needed then you will become a perfect PhD.  The biggest thing is that these people also register degree awarding institutions and listen to them.
