 Dear all, I am sad & very sad. It feels like some very dear one has just died . When I was Just looking to post for OKP (Orange Knowledge Program) Fully Funded Scholarships for Masters/MPhil & Short Courses in Netherlands and Funding for Pakistani NGOs, Institutions by Netherlands. OKP, being one of the biggest fundings by Netherlands for all levels has been closed for us Pakistanis now. Pakistanis were getting benefit from this program since 2003 OKP said to make their programs more aligned with the Dutch policy on Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation (BHOS beleid). So, we do not come into their Foreign policy etc now . Scholarships are closing doors on us one by one.
