A delima of testing agencies in Pakistan?

NTS and all other testing agencies are now playing with emotion of youth rather than assessment.

 NTS was known for its meritocracy and transparency but alas!.This government has failed to sustain the merit in this tenure. Last time, FTS was introduced as shambolic token of assessment and; same practice is now repeated by NTS. 

A lot of anomalies and irregularities have been observed like--

    --Local tests are conducted and administered staff are paving ways for their closer ones or target candidates in solving test. 

    --Today, I saw a test on social media before its duration was completed in hall and it was publicly shared at the same time.

     --Some of the candidates are given a set of answers about test questions prior to test or during test. Already, filled sheets are provided to the desired candidates.

    --Test pattern is not uniform and difficulty level is kept different for tests conducted in two shifts for same post to get the target candidates at the top of the list.

The entire system is involved in illegal recruiting and to whom you will be complaining about it. The authorities have turned deaf ears to complaints.

Now, questions are -- What will be the output of and who will suffer, ultimately? 

A student, who spent nights in studies with a dream to get job, a testing agency which failed to deliver or a recruiting agency that is involved in sabotaging the education system.

This is the worst form of corruption and the future of our education is at stake. If, this continues and recruitment is done via this form then a dark side of education is waiting for us.
