PhD thesis plagiarism : NTS head flown away to USA

Haroon Rashid is also the Pro Rector of Comsate University , 72% theft found in PhD dissertation.
Preston University canceled his degree.
 
Islamabad
National Testing Service (NTS) head and Pro Rector of Comsats University, has found 72% cheating in his PhD thesis.

He flown away to USA to escape from trail.
It is to mention that the government of Pakistan has also awarded Sitara-e-Imtiaz.
