Web Desk (Peshawar) Allegations of Corruption / Anti-Corruption decided to take action against the Education Department Officer. On the recommendation of the Anti-Corruption Department of the Education Department, orders for inquiry were issued against the Deputy District Education Officer. Principal Saif-ur-Rehman has been appointed as Inquiry Officer. The department has issued a statement on behalf of Primary and Secondary Education. Due to differences with DDEO Irfan Ali, it was decided to hold an inquiry under various allegations. On non-implementation, class four employees approached the Anti-Corruption Department against DDEO Peshawar, officials of the Anti-Corruption Department said. A letter has been sent to the Education Department to take action. Based on this recommendation, the Primary Education Department has started an inquiry under various allegations against Irfan Ali. The Inquiry Officer will submit a report and recommendations within 15 days.

A summary has been sent to the Governor for filling the vacancies of Vice Chancellors of eight universities in the province.  Special Assistant for Information and Higher Education Kamran Bangash sent a summary to the Governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Special Assistant Kamran Bangash said that the news of revision and cancellation of the summary were fabricated statements. After the approval of the names from the cabinet, a summary has been prepared as per the prevailing procedure, he said, adding that all the recommendations of the names approved by the cabinet have been sent to the governor in the summary.
