Why Netherlands reduced funding for Pakistanis ?

Dear all, I am sad & very sad. It feels like some very dear one has just died . When I was Just looking to post for OKP (Orange Knowledge Program) Fully Funded Scholarships for Masters/MPhil & Short Courses in Netherlands and Funding for Pakistani NGOs, Institutions by Netherlands. OKP, being one of the biggest fundings by Netherlands for all levels has been closed for us Pakistanis now. Pakistanis were getting benefit from this program since 2003
OKP said to make their programs more aligned with the Dutch policy on Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation (BHOS beleid). So, we do not come into their Foreign policy etc now . Scholarships are closing doors on us one by one. The scholarships which are currently open, are reducing seats for Pakistanis, There is no one to speak/protest about it. There is no Education Diplomacy in our Government Foreign visits or by our Pakistani Embassies Abroad. There is no minister/foreign civil servants working to protest/raise these issues with foreign countries
If a Youth focused Government cannot do work on it, who will do. Is someone is thinking about it ?
I have seen that DAAD Germany India conducted conference of VCs of German Universities and India, Sir Lankan and Bangladeshi universities last week to increase collaborations.
Similar approaches are going on in many places. But here in Pakistan, we are giving our fair shares to other countries and we shall keep quiet on this !!!!
I dun know what to do, so posting here my frustration  . I am sorry if someone felt bad about it
Here you can see latest rejection of us (Pakistan) from one of the biggest OKP program of Netherlands (Masters, MPhil, Short Courses, Funding for NGOs by OKP)
