Step 3: (Free) Get a free US phone number from Google Voice: [Voice](https://voice.google.com/about) 

Step 4: Open a bank account with Mercury.com 

Step 5: Create a stunning AngelList and LinkedIn account for both personal and business. Its preferable to buy LinkedIn sales membership but not required. 

Step 6: Hunt for startups from NY, Illinois, Texas, and CA with funding between $1M to $100M on AngelList that are looking for remote resources in your domain expertise. Use Hubspot.com’s free CRM for track sales funnel. (https://www.hubspot.com) 

Step 7: Reach out to the CTOs of the shortlisted companies on LinkedIn and pitch yourself to them. (Don’t pitch your company yet). 

Step 8: Look professional by using calendly.com free account to schedule meetings. (https://www.calendly.com)

Step 9: Work for 2 months with each client as a product manager or lead developer or DevOps engineer and then leave it to your employe.  

Step 10: Repeat from Step 6. 

Useful tips: 
1. Step 1 is optional if you have a degree from a well-known university or have prior experience working for a top notch company. 
2. Write a short pitch to clients. Talk about them more rather than yourself. Predict and explain how you will solve their issues. 
3. Grow slow and organic. Hiring is easy but firing is very difficult. 
4. Price you’re developers between $40 to $80 USD. Don’t go below $40 or above $80. You may not retain them for long then. The magic number is $60. 
5. Hire sales agent in NY  on a commission basis if needed and get a space in NY in any of the NY, USA 
6. There is a huge demand for React, VueJS, PHP, GoLang, and AWS developers these days.
