Decision regarding online examination under COVID - 19 special circumstances 
Date: 27/01/2021 

 Under the C / Reference 42 by HEC and Government of Pakistan, on the governance of Education Minister Shafqat Mahmood: Higher Education Commission Pakistan held a two-day meeting with  all Vice Chancellors of reputed universities. 
 Following decisions are being made: 

1. All universities will adapt ONLINE cxamination system for their mid term and final term exams.  

2. All those universities who have started on campus exams are directed to nullify them w.e.f 28th January, 2021.  

3. All HEC accredited institutes are advised to follow proper SOPs as staff and teachers to make their attendance feel.  

4. All concerned teachers must be present in university while examination.  

5. Microsoft Teams Google Mect Zoom / Skype can be used for online assessment.  

6. Good and up to mark paper must be set.  No easy marking.  

7. Students are advised to switch on their cameras while examination.  We plan next semesters on campus.  These are special conditions so amendments are made.  No reluxation in future to be entertained.
